Basted this king sized quilt on Sunday - it took all my safety pins. Now I have to work up the courage to start quilting it. Think it'll take a bit of time to do.

Workshop with Jane
Last week I did a workshop with Jane http://quiltingjane.blogspot.com.au/ & learnt to use rulers with free motion quilting. I've got a lot of practising to do but it was fun to watch Jane and learn from her.

69th Wedding Anniversary
Mum & Dad celebrated 69 years of marriage a couple of weeks ago. Both in the same Aged Care Facility in adjacent rooms (that makes Mum happy!). Dad has dementia (not too bad yet) & both are in pretty good health for their age (92 & 93).
