| Our grandbaby's quilt is finished - barring the label - don't have a name - can't make up my mind what to put on the label. Really happy with it - Appliqued with blanket stitch, hand quilted - love the ric rac. All from my stash - still working on getting that smaller - however, the recent bus trip added a couple more pieces to the stash. |

DeleteOh envy. This is wonderful. Our grand was born last spring. I decided to make a "quilt." I had some vintage cotton (1970s), black and white, that was sewn into squares in India. I got a backing fabric I liked and some thin cotton batting. I have yet to put it together. This post is an encouragement - I'll start on the blanket this week!
