Landscape #6

Our Qld Quilters' art quilt group is having another colour challenge this year - still managing it through the wonders of the internet.  This month was achromatic - white through to black only.  I wasn't going to do it but then inspiration hit & this is the result.  The bottom one is the before the gauze was placed over it.  Top one is with the gauze & it gives it a misty feel.  I've put it in a black frame.  Really happy with it.

These are the other 2 collages that my friend didn't want to finish - all done.  Think they look pretty good.  Pity the photographer wasn't that great!!!!

Landscape #2

This landscape was made by my friend, Merody, in a workshop with Sue Benner (I think) many years ago and she handed 3 to me to 'do something with'.  This is the first one and I gave it back to her, finished.  Really enjoy doing this little pictures.
