Kuala Lumpur again....


Sand 'paintings' in the shopping centres - sorry didn't find out what festival is was.  Aren't the designs beautiful?

    It's Divali! Also known as Deepavali as per the second picture. It is the Hindu festival of lights.

    I was in India for Divali a few years back. It is a big deal! Lots of fireworks, houses lit up with lamps, and decorated with the coloured pictures as in your photos, and lots of sweets consumed.
